Jeff is a native of Paris, Kentucky. After graduating from the University of the South (Sewanee) with double majors in history and political science, he enrolled at the University of Kentucky College of Law where he became an Associate Editor of the Kentucky Law Journal. Upon receiving his J.D. degree in 1990, he moved to Bowling Green, Kentucky, where he has focused his career on workers’ compensation. He initially worked for a firm representing claimants and later joined a firm which did defense work. In 2002, Jeff opened his own office where he primarily represented employers in workers’ compensation claims. From June, 2017 until July, 2020, Jeff served as an Administrative Law Judge with the Kentucky Department of Workers’ Claims, after which he joined Ferreri Partners newly-established office in Bowling Green in August, 2020.
Jeff is licensed to practice by the Commonwealth of Kentucky and United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky. He is also a member in good standing of the Kentucky Bar Association and the Bowling Green-Warren County Bar Association.
