Chris graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Honors Program at the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a secondary major in Finance. He is a 2004 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he served as a member of the Kentucky Law Journal and graduated Cum Laude.
Before joining Ferreri Partners, Chris served as an Associate and later Of Counsel for a private law firm, where he focused his practice on civil defense litigation in both state and federal court, including commercial trucking litigation, premises liability, municipal liability, and personal auto litigation, in addition to workers’ compensation defense. He has been awarded an A.V. Preeminent Rating by his peers though Martindale-Hubbell. Chris is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Chris is married to the former Erica Droppelman, also a Louisville native. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and most of all spending time with his son, Henry, and daughters Savannah and Cecilia.
