Marcel graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law and was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 1985. Marcel has practiced in numerous areas of law, with an emphasis on Workers’ Compensation.  She has also successfully represented clients in defense of civil liability claims. Marcel served as an Administrative Law Judge with the Kentucky Department of Workers’ Claims and has served as a mediator in various types of actions.
