Bobby Ferreri

Bobby has served as the Founder and Managing Partner of Ferreri Partners since its inception in 2013. Bobby has practiced Kentucky workers’ compensation for over fifteen years and is recognized as one of Commonwealth’s leading employer advocates. Bobby has been named the Chair of the Kentucky Workers’ Compensation section of the Kentucky Bar Association and currently serves as the President of the Kentucky Workers’ Compensation Education Association, a non profit dedicated to providing educational resources regarding the Kentucky workers compensation system. Bobby has practice at all levels of appeal and has successfully made oral arguments to the Kentucky Supreme Court. His current clients seek his counsel and representation in pre-litigation, litigation, and appellate practice.

Bobby’s philosophy regarding insurance defense is reflected in the firm’s three pillars – Great Proof, Great Law, Great Service. He prides himself on his understanding of medical conditions, the AMA Guides and Kentucky case law. He enjoys the opportunity to cross-examine experts and present cases to Administrative Law Judge when necessary. In every case Bobby’s goal is to obtain a fair resolution as quickly as possible and keep his client informed every step of the way.

Bobby and his wife Nicole have three children and live in Louisville, Kentucky. He is a graduate of the University of Louisville Brandies School of Law and MBA programs. He received his undergraduate degree in finance from Miami University. In addition to founding Ferreri Partners, Bobby is also the co-founder of Ferreri Miller, PLLC – a sister firm focused on corporate and transactional services.
