Tony has over 25 years of experience in workers’ compensation and insurance defense litigation.  Mr. Finaldi’s practice involves both Indiana and Kentucky workers compensation and civil matters.  He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th and 11th Circuits.  Tony is a member of the Kentucky Academy of Hospital Attorneys and a Certified Continuing Education Instructor with the Kentucky Office of Insurance.  He is a frequent presenter and author on topics related to Kentucky and Indiana workers’ compensation.

Prior to joining Ferreri Partners in 2016, Tony was a Partner at Fogle, Keller, Purdy and its predecessor firm, Ferreri & Fogle.  Tony received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and his J.D. degree from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, where he was a published member of the Journal of Law & Education.

Before law school, Tony was a NCAA Division I athlete.  Today his primary source of enjoyment is spending time with his three children.  When he’s not doing that he can be found playing hockey, coaching soccer, or passionately cheering (or agonizing over) his beloved Buffalo Bills and Sabres.
